Updated Payroll Service Provider Documents
Effective January 1, 2025, your payroll will be processed under New Payroll Associates LLC, our dedicated Employer of Record entity for Entertainment Touring clients. Onboarding documents and a W-9 form can be found on the Forms page or below:
     W-9 for New Payroll Associates LLC
     Wire Transfer Instructions

     New Client Setup Packet
     Other payroll forms (including tax, mileage log, kit rental, and direct deposit forms)

Studio+ Secure File Sharing
Beginning January 1, 2025, you’ll use the Studio+ platform to exchange payroll documents with your payroll coordinator. Learn more about Studio+ here.

If you currently use TTC Online to add crew and assign onboarding documents and timecards, you’ll continue using that platform for those tasks.

How do I get access to Studio+?
You will access Studio+ from your MyCast&Crew dashboard. You’ll receive an email in December inviting you to register and walking you through the registration process.

Once logged in to MyCast&Crew, you’ll access Studio+ from your App Selector in the top-right corner. View a step-by-step login guide here.

What if I have crew members asking about their paystubs and direct deposit information?
For detailed instructions on how employees can access paystubs and direct deposit information, please share our Employee FAQs with resources specifically for them.

How do I access my payroll files?
All payroll files will be hosted in Studio+. You will use Studio+ to upload files for and download files from your payroll coordinator. Note that your coordinator will receive an email notification whenever you upload a new file.
