We are pleased to inform you that effective January 1, 2025, The TEAM Companies (TTC) commercial crew and live entertainment payroll processing will transition to the CAPS payroll system. This change is part of our commitment to enhancing your experience, improving security, and streamlining our services.

Starting January 1, 2025, MyCast&Crew will be your centralized hub for personal profile documents, including direct deposit information, paystubs, and tax documents.

Where can I find payroll forms like blank timecards and W-4s?
Payroll forms and tax forms can be found on the Forms and Resources page.

Where can I access my 2024 W-2?
For payments issued to you by The TEAM Companies in 2024, access your 2024 W-2 in TTC Online. W-2s will be uploaded before January 31, 2025.

If you also received payments from CAPS in 2024, you can find an additional W-2 for those payments issued to you by CAPS in MyCast&Crew.

Where can I access my paystubs?
All paystubs generated after January 1, 2025, can be found in MyCast&Crew.

How do I update my direct deposit information?
Update your direct deposit information in MyCast&Crew.

Will direct deposit information set up to be paid by The TEAM Companies automatically remain in place after transitioning to the CAPS payroll system?
Direct deposit information will automatically carry over; no action needs to be taken. However, we encourage you to log into MyCast&Crew according to the instructions above after January 1, 2025, to confirm your details.
